The Culinary Grade Matcha is pure organic and can be utilised  as an everyday use matcha. It is made from 100 percent pure JAS certified organic tea leaves that is carefully grounded into a bold green, nutritious powder. The culinary grade has a natural and earthy taste with a stronger more robust flavour than the Ceremonial Grade matcha which makes it the perfect addition to smoothies, lattes, bakings and more.

Matcha is a abundant in antioxidants, amino acids, chlorophyll and fibre. A serving of Matcha is equivalent to 10 cups of traditional green tea, in terms of nutrition.

The Matcha is specifically grown in the Uji region of Japan which is world renowned for producing the highest of quality of Matcha.

It is Best to consume the Matcha within 3 months after opening.

  • Matcha Smoothie: add 1tsp of Matcha with green veggies and fruits. Then mix and blend them all together.
  • Matcha Smoothie Bowl: You can increase the density of texture by using less liquid or adding more fruits like banana or avocado
  • Matcha latte: froth culinary-grade matcha with a tsp of honey or other natural sweetener in your choice of milk (non-dairy milk is recommended)
  • Matcha Baking: add 1tbsp of matcha to the dough, or sift and sprinkle 1/2 tsp on top of your cheesecake, tiramisu, and so on.
